Terms and Conditions
1. Sketch Approval & PaymentThe Artist will provide the Customer with a preliminary sketch of the commissioned artwork.The Customer must review and approve the sketch before proceeding to the final artwork.Once the sketch is approved, full payment is required before the Artist continues with the final piece.2. Payment & Exclusivity FeePayment must be made in full before the final artwork is completed.If the Customer requests exclusivity (i.e., the Artist will not share, post, or display the artwork publicly), an additional 20% exclusivity fee will be charged.3. Credit & Public SharingWhen sharing the commissioned artwork publicly, the Customer agrees to credit the Artist through clear and visible labeling, tagging, or verbal acknowledgment.4. File Delivery & StorageCompleted artwork files will be uploaded to a Google Drive folder. The Google Drive folder will remain available for up to 3 months. It is the Customer’s responsibility to download and store the files within this period, as the Artist will not be responsible for file loss after the deadline.5. Usage RightsAll commissioned artwork is for personal use only.The Customer may not use the artwork for commercial purposes, including but not limited to selling, reproducing, or distributing the artwork for profit.If the Customer wishes to use the artwork for commercial purposes, they must negotiate and purchase commercial rights separately from the Artist.By commissioning the Artist, the Customer agrees to these terms and conditions.
